Square Card gives you real-time access to your Square balance—with no hidden fees. It’s the business debit card designed for your business. To order and customize your card, go to the Deposits tab in the Point of Sale app and follow the onscreen instructions.

SQUARE CARD
Square Card gives you access to your balance in real time. After you make a sale, you can use those funds to buy inventory, new equipment, or anything else you need for your business.
ORDER AND PERSONALIZE YOUR CARD
To order your Square Card, go to Deposits in the Square Point of Sale app. Tap Square Card and create your card. Confirm your name and business name, then personalize your card. Use the signature box to sign your name.
Tap Next to see a preview of your design. You can edit the design or, if everything looks good, tap Next again. Finally, confirm your shipping address and order your card.
ACTIVATE YOUR CARD
When you receive your new card, you’ll need to activate it. Go to Deposits and tap Square Card. Then, activate your card. To get started, you’ll be asked for the confirmation code sent to your account’s contact email. Enter it and continue.
There are two ways you can activate your card. First, you can manually enter your card details. Or, you can swipe your card through a connected Square Reader. Once you’ve entered your details, you’ll choose a four-digit pin. Confirm it, and tap “finish.” If you need to change your pin in the future, you can do that from the card management section of the Dashboard.
Your card is now activated.
Please note, once your card is activated, your funds will no longer be deposited to your bank automatically. They'll stay in your card balance. You can always manually deposit your funds from the Deposits tab in your Dashboard or in the Point of Sale app. Deposits will come as soon as the next business day. You can also instantly deposit your funds for 1% of the total amount.
VIEW SPENDING AND OTHER CARD FUNCTIONS
To view all of your processed payments, go to Available Balance. And see your recent transactions, including card spend, bank transfers, or ATM withdrawals, in Recent Activity. Tap Card Spend to view your card transactions.
If there’s a problem with your card, tap Square Card. From here, you can report a lost or stolen card, request your card be re-sent, or cancel your card. If you deactivate your card, you can choose to go back to your regular deposit schedule.
